5 May Sweeps Surprises – Baby Drama, Villain Takedown, Disastrous Secrets and More
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that the May sweeps action is far from over! DOOL fans will see plenty of highs and lows for multiple Salemites, so let’s talk about five surprises that are still to come.
1) Johnny and Chanel’s baby decision
It came as a total shock to Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) when they found out Chanel was pregnant, so now they’re facing a tough decision.
Chanel was exposed to radiation during a pivotal time in her pregnancy, so the fetus’ organs may not have properly developed.
That’s something that’ll be on Chanel and Johnny’s minds as they decide together whether they’re going to keep this baby.
No matter what Johnny and Chanel choose, this pregnancy is starting off on an ominous note and may only lead to heartbreak.
2) Konstantin’s takedown
As for Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos), it looks like his takedown is brewing since Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will uncover the truth about him soon enough.
Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will also give Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) updates on a plan that could lead to Konstantin’s downfall, so threats could be coming at him from every angle.
Days spoilers hint that Konstantin’s marriage to Maggie will turn out to be a total bust, so that’s great news for those of us who have been waiting for him to pay!
3) EJ seals his own fate
Next, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) seems poised to seal his own marriage fate by keeping quiet about Sloan Petersen-Brady’s (Jessica Serfaty) baby stealing and the fact that Nicole DiMera’s (Arianne Zucker) son is alive.
Days spoilers say EJ could ruin his relationship by withholding that info from Nicole out of fear that she’ll reunite with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).
Since Nicole is bound to discover the real Jude Brady story anyway, she may argue EJ’s silence is grounds for divorce!
4) Teen prom drama
We should also talk about some teen prom drama since Sophia Choi (Madelyn Kientz) will tell Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) that she’d like to take Tate Black (Leo Howard) to the big bash.
Aaron (Louis Tomeo) is Leo’s buddy and will have feelings for Sophia, so could he steal her attention away from Tate?
Regardless, Tate and Holly are crazy about each other, so Days spoilers say they may come clean to Sophia eventually.
There might be some teenage deception brewing if Sophia pretends to go with Tate while Aaron becomes a faux date for Holly.
It could make it easier for Tate and Holly to sneakily show up at prom together in the end.
5) Bobby spirals out of control
Finally, Everett Lynch aka Robert “Bobby” Stein (Blake Berris) will exhibit more strange behavior that leaves Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) concerned.
Bobby is taking over more and more often, so the Everett side of himself may soon become completely dormant.
Since we know Bobby’s going to spiral out of control in some wild ways, he’s sure to make May sweeps interesting!
