The twists and turns just keep coming in Ashley’s story on Young & Restless, and it continues to get darker as we get closer to the truth. But new clues tell us that this whole situation unfolding in Paris may be much, much more dangerous than we ever realized!

When Alan, or the person we believe to be the psychiatrist, was telling Ashley and Traci about his twin brother Martin, he mentioned that his sibling must have broken into his place while he was away and accessed his phone. While this may be just a means of explaining how Martin came to meet up with Ashley in the bar, it also got us to thinking…

What if Martin still had Alan’s phone when Traci called and asked ‘Alan’ to come and help them with Ashley in Genoa City? What if Martin was the person who took the call and flew overseas? He’s obviously brilliant at impersonating his brother, and may have decided to play the role as a means of keeping tabs on Ashley and covering his tracks.
If this is true, that means the man that Ashley and Traci are holed up in the apartment in Paris with is none other than the man who traumatized Ash to a point that her personality split… and they could be in grave danger!

Of course, we saw Tucker run into the twin brother, who didn’t recognize him from Genoa City… but what if that was Alan? The psychiatrist could be completely in the dark about what his sociopathic sibling has been up to, and Martin would have been the man Tucker spoke to at the Athletic Club back at home.

Should Tucker and Alan cross paths again and he questions him, will they put two-and-two together, realize that Ashley and Traci are with Martin, and manage to save them before something even more horrific happens?! What a terrifying twist!
