Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, June 26, reveal that Chanel DiMera’s (Raven Bowens) cramps will get even worse, so Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will rush her to the hospital immediately.

Although Paulina will try to comfort Chanel once she’s admitted, it appears Chanel will lash out and blame her mom for her baby issues.

Johnny will do his best to keep the peace and may suggest it’s best if Paulina waits outside for now.

Paulina will be heartbroken when she realizes Chanel could lose the baby because of issues related to radiation exposure, but Johnny will focus on getting Chanel through this terrifying crisis.

Other Days spoilers say Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will talk to Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) about his complicated relationship with Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), who always kept him at a distance and never gave him the true family acceptance he was looking for.

Of course, Xander doesn’t realize Victor ultimately tried to make things right by giving him half his fortune and finally acknowledging him as a son.

Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) made sure everyone believed Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) was Victor’s heir instead.

Next on Wednesday’s Days episode, Alex and Theresa will spread their engagement news, but their updates won’t go over very well.

Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) won’t be happy about this development, but Alex will hope it might convince him that Theresa is truly off-limits.

As for Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evanns), she’ll privately remind Alex that Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) doesn’t trust Theresa and has some serious concerns.

Theresa will overhear part of that conversation, but Alex will assure her that he can make his own decisions.

However, Days spoilers say Theresa will face another curveball when Bonnie mentions something about Sarah wanting to invite Xander’s mother, Fiona Cook (Serena Scott Thomas) to their own imminent wedding.

Theresa will panic at the thought of Fiona showing up and confirming she’s the one who wrote the letter included with Victor’s will – not Anjelica Deveraux (Judith Chapman).

Fiona could reveal that Xander is Victor’s son instead of Alex, so it’s easy to see why Theresa will flip out.

Despite Theresa’s best efforts to hide how alarmed she is, Alex will still notice her reaction and raise an eyebrow.
