 Finn Comforts Hope – Steffy’s Payback Brewing – Luna’s Bio Dad Twist

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for the week of July 1-5 reveal that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) may remain on edge despite Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) insistence about being in sync with Paris Buckingham (Diamond White).

Ridge has seen the depth of Thomas’ love for Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) first-hand, so he’ll struggle with some worries about whether his son is on the rebound.

Of course, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will continue to throw her support behind Paris and Thomas’ engagement, but her real agenda here will be marrying Thomas off to anybody except Hope!

Hope’s resentment of Steffy could snowball into bigger trouble as this storyline moves along.

Could Hope revisit her previous promise to make Steffy pay for driving Thomas away?

If Hope does intentionally go after revenge, she may start by pulling John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) closer.

Even if payback isn’t Hope’s main motive, she could indeed work toward vengeance as she strengthens her connection with Finn.

Once Finn gets updates on Hope’s heartbreak over Thomas and Paris’ impending marriage, you can bet he’ll have compassion for her.

That should rile Steffy up, but Finn will inevitably comfort Hope and share some nice bonding moments with her.

As for Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown), she knows about Hope’s crush on Finn and will surely find a way to use that knowledge to her advantage soon.

Will Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) get suspicious of what Sheila’s up to as she presumably tries to play Cupid?

Next, Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) will have a hard time putting her past mistakes in the rearview mirror thanks to Tom (Clint Howard), who could hope to earn a pretty penny through his blackmail plot.

Tom has plenty of knowledge when it comes to Poppy’s shady history and may even know the true identity of Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) father.

Whether it’s Tom himself, Jack Finnegan (Ted King) or another candidate, the show’s making it seem like someone else is Luna’s bio dad – not Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

Finally, a new B&B mystery storyline will come with an exciting kickoff, so that could be related to Luna’s paternity drama or something else.

Regardless, Finn and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will eventually do some investigating as part of this story, which will lead to the debut of April (Jamison Belushi) the lab technician later this month.
